Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

• In its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• With all its tags attached
• In its original packaging

Swimwear items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the protective film has been removed.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopelova.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address.

Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
