Delivery Times

All our orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery in mainland France then takes 15 to 20 business days.

Why these delays?

Élova works with carefully selected international partners to offer you quality items at a fair price. Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, which explains the delivery times.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package at any time via our Track My Order page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €2.99 for all orders in mainland France.
