Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Editor

Article 2 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the shopelova.com website between Élova Shop and any consumer ("Client") wishing to make a purchase.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are women's swimwear and fashion accessories. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Élova Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Article 5 – Order

The Client places an order online. The sale is concluded upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the Client.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments, a secure solution. Élova Shop does not store any banking data.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are shipped within the timeframes indicated on the product page. Élova Shop cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Swimwear items from which the protective film has been removed are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Article 9 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Client may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
